How the money is protected
Sale proceeds are paid through an advocate's client account — never to 68 AN directly. You receive a written completion statement showing the sale price, our commission, the loan repaid and the money paid to you before anything is released. If bank details you receive ever change unexpectedly, call us on our listed number before paying anything.
How this website is protected
- Every page is served over encrypted HTTPS.
- The site has no database, user accounts or payment system, so there is no stored client data on it to steal.
- Browser security protections block other websites from embedding or disguising our pages.
- Our email domain is protected by SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which help stop criminals sending email that pretends to come from info@68ancompanylimited.com.
- The contact form does not submit data to any server — it opens your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press send.
What information we collect
Only what you choose to send us by phone, WhatsApp or email — typically your name, contact details, property details and documents relating to your loan or property. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
This website uses a small number of third-party services to function: Netlify (hosting), Google Fonts, Google Maps and Google Translate. These services may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
How we use it
We use your information only to assess your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the sale. We share it only with the parties your transaction requires — such as the advocate, valuer, lender or buyer — and only with your agreement. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry or engagement is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Access to client information is limited to the 68 AN personnel handling your matter.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how it is used. Email info@68ancompanylimited.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
