Who we are, and why this firm exists
A Nairobi-based asset recovery firm built for one purpose: the property owner keeps the value the law says is theirs.
The gap this firm was built to close
When a lender moves to sell a property in Kenya, the lender is supported by valuers, auctioneers and advisers, each doing a lawful job. The property owner — the person whose home, land, or livelihood is on the line — often has no one focused on their outcome.
68 AN Company Limited was founded by Antony Njenga in Nairobi to occupy exactly that position. We are not auctioneers, we are not lenders, and we do not buy distressed property ourselves. We work exclusively for the owner — before the auction, after it, or both.
What we do
Pre-auction recovery — where there is still time, we arrange a private treaty sale at full market value before a lender-initiated sale proceeds. The proceeds settle the debt, and the surplus returns to the owner.
Loan repayment and your balance — from the sale proceeds, our commission is paid, the loan is repaid in full, and all the remaining money is paid to you.
Properties for sale — land, homes, and vehicles from recovery mandates, every title searched before listing.
Our fee model
Success-based, tiered by property value: 10% up to KES 600,000, 5% from 600,001–3M, 3% above 3M. No upfront fee. No capital required. If nothing is recovered, nothing is owed. That structure exists because it is the only one where our interest and the owner's point the same direction.
The founder
Antony Njenga — Founder and Director. Every enquiry reaches him directly, not a call centre. If you want to verify the firm before engaging, ask for registration details on WhatsApp — we provide them without hesitation.
